1. Eligibility
You can request an exchange or return within 72 hours (3 days) of receiving your order.
Any request made after 72 hours from the delivery date will not be accepted.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
2. Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for size issues or manufacturing defects only.
The exchange fee is 8 TND, which covers handling and delivery costs.
If the exchange is due to a mistake or defect from our side, it will be completely free of charge.
If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose another item or receive a refund.
3. Returns
Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or order errors (wrong item or size).
Refunds will be issued via cash upon delivery (through our delivery service) once the returned item is received and inspected.
4. How to Request
Contact us via Instagram DM within 72 hours of delivery.
Include your order number, photos of the product, and a short explanation of the issue.
Once approved, we will provide the exchange or return instructions.
5. Important Notes
Returned items that do not meet the conditions above will be rejected and sent back.
Please keep your delivery receipt until your return or exchange process is completed.
